Baseball 2016

This was romans 2nd year of Tball. He was on the Cardinals and had GREAT coaches. Daddy, Brody's Dad, Stephen, and Dustin Butler. It was fun being on a team that was all about encouraging and having a fun time!  They were pretty good! By the end of the season they knew a bit more of the strategy with baseball. Roman's fave part of ball was getting to practice at home with Daddy. Quality Time love language?

Grayson enjoyed the ball games- more time to play on the PARK! He does well playing solo- the first game i couldn't find him-- only to see him running onto the field!! GRAY! :) He had one fall that was a big one-- from the bleachers to the slab of concrete under. His bump was ugly. I was pretty concerned. I woke him a few times during the night to make sure he was doing alright- each time he responded-- "Snack time, mommy??" Love that boy.

We got to know a few other families through this experience. It's fun seeing who all will be growing up with Roman.

During Tball season we've been able to go to two naturals games! One with Valerie, Caleb, and Caitlyn Braschelor. We went for an afternoon game. Two was with Stephen and Laura's family. We even got to stay for the fireworks :)

Iddy Biddy Soccer GRAYSON!

It was finally time for GRAY to do Soccer!!!! When we told him that it would be HE that would get to do a sport he was ALL about it. The first two weeks he did well! Thinking back i'm sure it was because daddy came to those. Tyler has been going through a class that took him away the last two saturdays of Diddy biddy. Mommy just doesn't compare to daddy :) Gray did great. He is such a different personality then Rome. Roman is more like me, rule follower, black and white, etc. Gray is laid back, loves to have fun, doesn't care about doing it the "right way". He is good going about it his own way.  This makes him so much fun.  Roman was able to be a coach for gray. Helped him with the soccer.  As 3 year olds do, Gray was quickly distracted from the task at hand. But I could tell from week one to week four he grew in his skill! Both those boys have daddy's natural athleticism.  We had Such a great time with Iddy Biddy!!
