peek a boo

On the way to the sprint center, Roman started doing peekaboo by himself! i looked over at him and the blanket was over his head. He was waiting for me to say, "where's Roman" :)

Shopping in KC

Last Tuesday we left at about noon for Kansas City. It's the half way point to NE and we had tickets to a Duke University basketball game that evening. We also were having some problems with my iphone. We stopped at the apple store at the plaza. Luckily it was a quick fix- they just gave me a new phone ;) yea! We shopped for awhile and then ate dinner at PF Changs. YUMMY! then we went to the game :)

Fayetteville Square

A couple weekends ago, Tyler Roman and I went with our friends Ashton and Marc Charlot to the lighting of the Fayetteville square. WE had a fun and chilly night enjoying the lights and finishing with chick-fil-a. It was a fun night :)

cooking school

On Monday night, we got to go back to the cooking school Nibbles that we (the dees' family) went to back in May. It was fun to go back and this time learn a few French dishes. Roman had a fun time eating shrimp soup and cheese soufflé- i have a feeling baby food peas and carrots aren't gonna hit the spot for this boy any more ;)

More fall pic

This past weekend we had a fun time hanging with almost all of ty's fam. It was fun to see those we hardly ever get to spend time with! Cherissa took some amazing pics of us in the fall leaves.

We took a few more via i phone :)

I LOVE this pics of Ty and Rome
sweet laughing smiles :)

Razorback game

On Saturday we went to the Razorback game. Ty was able to get a couple tickets from a guy at work and we wanted to take Rome to his FIRST Arkansas game. It was at 6:00 and it was forecasted to be a chilly night. We knew that we probably weren't going to be able to stay for the whole game, so when we arrived on campus we decided it wouldn't be worth it to pay the $20 for parking. From our parking spot to the stadium it was about a 30 minute walk. It was also about 40 degrees out. SO with all of our blankets, bags, and bundled up baby, we got our workout :)

Tyler and I have SUCH a new respect for those parents that bring their kids to these games regularly. Rome did great and Tyler and I got a great workout! ha!

Rome sitting and waiting on the grass by our car while we got everything ready to carry.

FINALLY in the stadium
Showing Rome the field.

Sensory overload~!!

Finally to our seats! we lucked out to sit where we could get out easily. It was nice to be able and stand and bounce the boy when he was crabby.

seeing the fireworks

It was such a fun night! We made it to 1/2 time and decided to go to chilli's for chips and salsa for the rest of the game. It was a good experience!
