Heart Walk

On Saturday, we went to the Naturals Ball Field for the annual Heart Walk. Each year, vendors have booths and give away free product to the public. Welchs participated this year and gave away many many bottles of juice! What's unique, is families participate too. So Roman and I got to come! We all got bright purple welch's shirts and arrived nice and early!

It was overwhelming the amount of free product all the vendors were giving away. We got three bags FULL of different things!

After the event, we went shopping for a bit. It was a fun and busy day!

Easter weekend

This weekend was full of easter activities. Yesterday, we went to Kerwins for lunch. After lunch Lois and Cherissa led the kiddos in dyeing easter eggs. Then, we went to the turf room at the old school and had 3 easter egg hunts. Roman had a ball playing with his cousins!

This morning, before church, Tyler hid a few eggs for Rome to find in our back yard. He loved it.

Rainy Day

Last week, we had numerous back to back rainy days. Roman was just itching to get outside. When it stopped for a bout an hour, he went outside- we looked out the window only to discover him having a BLAST in the puddle!!

Last week, Roman and I went to my friend Laura's house. Laura's husband, Stephen, raises chickens and they had just recently gotten some new baby chicks. We were able to go over and check them out. Roman and Laura's son Brody are really good friends. It was just precious to watch Brody help Roman try and get a chick to hold. There were so many! Rome was a bit overwhelmed at first but quickly grew fond of the cute little birds :)
